To People Who Need Help But Lack Capacity To Request It

At the beginning of 2017, top advocates for the seriously mentally ill population, including myself, used this video to petition the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). We asked its chief executive officer to stop ignoring the sickest of the sick. NAMI's response? It continued to ignore those who needed the most help. The advocates' tragic stories in the face of a badly broken system motivate me to continue fighting the good fight.
